ROTRING Warranty Statement

ROTRING writing instruments bearing the red ring are quality products. They are made of the best materials and subjected to strict quality controls. This ROTRING writing instrument is guaranteed for a period of five years from the date of purchase, should it neverless show defects due to manufacturing or material flaws.

This guarantee does not cover wearing parts such as nibs and refills or damage due to force or improper handling. In such cases we will be happy to repair the instrument to a fee. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you always use ROTRING refills, leads, inks and accessories.
