Return Policy

1. We guarantee all pens from PensPlanet.com are brand new and first class quality from their manufacturers. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any return from customer UNLESS it is damaged or defected during transit. Please notify us within 24 hours from the moment you receive the good and found that it is damaged or defected. Failure to do so will be treated at your own risk, PensPlanet.com will not going to responsible and accept any return after that.

2. For customer who insists to return the pen that without any damages or defects during transit, exchanges or refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $10.

For exchanges, customer will be charged for the reship shipping cost. For refund, we will issue you a full refund i.e. the purchase price of the pen EXCLUDING shipping cost minus 5% restocking fee (minimum $10).

(* Note: This clause does not apply to pen with engraved wording)

3. We strictly DO NOT accept any return for pen with ENGRAVED wording UNLESS it was engraved with wrong wording or damaged/defected during transit. The engraving quality, wording position, fonts type or texts format will NOT be accepted as the reason for returning the pen.

4. It is customer's responsibility to assist and ensure the shipment to be cleared from the local Customs if the shipment happens to get stuck at the Customs. If the customer refuses to assist and instructs our courier company to return the shipment, clause No.2 above will apply to the customer.

Return Procedures
For customer who require making the return, please make sure you follow the procedures below to ease our process and expedites your replacement/refund:

(1) Notify us through e-mail at return@pensplanet.com within 24 hours.

(2) Specify the following details in your e-mail:
- date and time you received the pen
- Order Number
- brand and model number
- prefer replacement or refund
- reason for the Replacement or Refund

(3) Obtain a "Return Authorization" from PensPlanet.com via e-mail (please note that no return will be accepted without a Return Authorization from Pensplanet.com).

(4) Write the Authorization Reference Number on your return-shipping label.

(5) The returned pen must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNUSED WARRANTY CARD.

(6) The return MUST use FedEx prepaid or postal mail prepaid and insured for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the pen and sent to:

Note: PensPlanet.com Is Not Responsible For Any Pen Returned For Replacement/Refund That Is Not Returned In The Manner Set Forth Above.

The returned pen will be sent to manufacturer/supplier for investigation before any replacement or refund can be made. After we have confirmed the defectiveness, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund i.e. the purchase price of the pen NOT including shipping cost.
